Holes is a very interesting novel because it has many struggles that involve using many of the learner profiles which makes the story useful for learning about the qualities of an IB Student
it is actually quite a tie up of events that occur to Stanley's so called "bad luck" from his "no-good-dirty-rotten-pig-stealing-great-great-grandfather" and it unwinds in a really interesting way to get the reader trapped in the book!
